Alyson Petrie, Communication Coordinator

Alyson began her journey with Thrive as an intern during her senior year of high school. She is now Thrive’s longest-standing employee, and you will find her in the office preparing our next newsletter, designing event fliers, or answering questions about our youth program. Erin Robinson, Blue Crew Coordinator

Erin joined Thrive’s staff in May of 2025 and hit the ground running helping with 5th grade field days. Erin is a mom of 2 teens, has a can-do attitude and a soft spot in her heart for neurodivergent youth. As Blue Crew Coordinator, Erin helps manage the event schedule and keeps our Blue Crew event staff up-to-speed with our rapidly growing program.

Courtney Sliwinski, Thrive Partner Coordinator

Courtney was born and raised in Alaska. She’s the mom of 3 girls, she’s talented at baking/decorating cakes, and enjoys camping, fishing, dip netting, hiking, and riding 4 wheelers, and reading. Courtney joined Thrive’s staff in October of 2023, initially she helped lead the Sport Court during events. Her skill at organizing and repairing gear landed her a role helping manage Thrive’s Toy Room and Activity Library. As Thrive Partner Coordinator, Courtney also serves our coalition partners by helping them engage with Thrive’s events and activities.
